Subscription payments are suspicious. Now I pay you, the next day I forget about your service but you’ll be charging my credit card till the end of days.
We never wanted this kind of reputation, always suggesting money-back in case we saw a person unsubscribing after the payment.
But of course there’s a simpler solution, that’s been staring at us all this time. We can prevent such unwanted payments by notifying people in advance about them. (Thanks, @Olli, we were that stupid not to think about that ourselves)
Now all our customers will receive a next payment notification one week before the payment, so they have to decide do they want to continue paying or downgrade to the free Checkvist version.
Other payment options, along with group plans are also coming, but it will be a topic for another post :)
